Which format to choose?

Thunderpaws and the Tower of London is primarily a print and audiobook product.

The print book is 296 pages in a 7"x10" (178mm x 254mm) format in softback and hardback. Currently, the hardback is only available in very limited quantities from the Thunderpaws website.

The audiobook is approximately 8.5 hours in length with Olivier-nominated stage and TV actor Adam Gillen playing over 40 characters. A copy of the illustrations is available for free in digital format and there's also a physical booklet of the images available for purchase.

The special layout in the print book is not currently replicable on dedicated ebook readers such as Kindles and Nooks or smartphones, as such, the ebook contains standard paragraph formatting as you find in other books. We hope to offer a version for larger tablets that replicates the print book experience using a PDF, but this will only be available from the the Thunderpaws website.

The combination of reading the print book while listening to the audiobook has been highly recommended by early readers/listeners, and is very useful for people where English may be an additional language, as Teufel has his own made up words at time, and by his own admission is a little free and loose with language. There is a glossary of terms at the front of the print book to help with the more unfamiliar terms and explanations for his own special words.
