All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
UK originated orders are originated by the author, so there may be at times small delays. Merchandise are shipped direct from the suppliers, these suppliers may make each item to order, so there will be a production time before despatch can be organised.

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. HGP IS Limited is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
Please note that tracked international shipping is available at additional cost. Items sent without tracking will not be claimable for non-arrival.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number if relevant so you can check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

Shipping to P.O. boxes
Some carriers have limitations around shipping to P.O. Boxes. We will contact you if there is an issue shipping to any supplied PO Box number.
Refunds, returns, and exchanges
